The power of attorney is suitable for transferring powers to employees of the transport department in the company for actions with the fleet of the organization.
A brief description of the powers under the power of attorney:
1. Interaction with traffic police:
a) Represent the interests of the Company in matters of vehicle registration (registration/deregistration, technical inspection).
b) Participate in cases on administrative offenses (violation of registration rules), get acquainted with materials, receive copies of documents, give explanations, make petitions, sign procedural acts (protocols, resolutions).
2. Insurance and operational matters:
a) Sign trip tickets, MTPL/CASCO policies, applications for early termination of insurance contracts.
b) To formalize insurance cases: to sign documents (applications, invoices, certificates of acceptance and transfer of vehicles, purchase orders), to purchase spare parts.
3. Additional powers:
a) Receive vehicles from towing services.
b) Perform other actions within the framework of the CAO RF (provision of evidence, challenges, interaction with participants of the process).
