This document outlines the principal terms for entering into an office lease agreement. It is used during negotiations between the landlord and the tenant to record the key parameters of the future contract, such as the parties involved, the leased property, lease term, rent amount, rights and obligations, sublease and insurance conditions, liability, and dispute resolution procedures.
The principal terms do not constitute an offer or a preliminary agreement but serve as a basis for further negotiation and preparation of a full lease agreement in accordance with Russian law.
