Authors can prepare an overview of current changes in legislation and make comments useful for Users. The use of infographics and diagrams will simplify the perception of complex legal information.
Reviews of legislative changes emphasize the expertise of the Author and promotes their personal or corporate brand.
Contracts
In this category Authors post contract templates and documents in connection with conclusion, execution or termination of contracts, including templates of letters and claims to counterparties. Digital Goods can be not only a contract template with or without annexes, but also a separate contract clause, a set of contract clauses or articles.
Corporate Documents
All the documents that can formalize the life cycle of a business, from its incorporation, operations and liquidation, are placed here.
Divisions and Departments
Materials related to business functions (divisions and departments) – templates of any documents, forms, presentations, policies, manuals.
Powers of Attorney
When drafting powers of attorney, consider, among other things, the official requirements of the person or body to whom the power of attorney will be presented.

In this category Authors offer solutions to a variety of legal situations.
The solution to a legal question may take the form of: (i) an answer to the question; or (ii) a step-by-step instruction; or (iii) a structured legal opinion (e.g. the IRAC method – Issue, Rule, Analysis, Conclusion may be used in drawing legal opinions); or (iv) another form of presentation at the discretion of the Author.
