Elena possesses extensive experience in advising Russian and foreign companies on the practical application of Russian corporate and commercial law, as well as private international law.
 
Elena has professional experience in a major holding company, supporting corporate procedures and fulfilling the functions of a corporate secretary; in the telecommunications sector; in the distribution of IT equipment within the Russian Federation; in fintech (financial brokerage services); in the hospitality industry (at one of Saint Petersburg's largest hotels); and, over the past several years, in the game development industry, including engagement with foreign jurisdictions (Montenegro, Lithuania, Serbia, United Arab Emirates).
 
Specializes in intellectual property matters, including the transfer of rights to intellectual property results; protection of rights to intellectual property results and means of individualization, inter alia. Participated in the development of legislative initiatives at the regional level (Saint Petersburg), as well as projects fostering cooperation and integration between the state and business
