Lease Agreement for a Part of a Land Plot

The general form of a lease agreement for a part of a land plot can be used for various lease purposes (lease of a land plot for parking, temporary stands, warehouse, for organizing access to another land plot, and other purposes). The peculiarity of this template is the object of the lease, which is a part of the land plot. The agreement is suitable for cases when the part is already formed and put on cadastral registration, as well as for cases when the part is not registered in cadaster. The following is attached to the agreement: a form of acceptance certificate of the land plot for lease, as well as a table containing an example description of infrastructure facilities (water supply, fire water supply, water disposal, heat and electricity supply), which are connected to the land plot. The rent is divided into base and variable parts. The base part is a fixed rent, while the variable part is used to calculate the tenant's consumption of energy resources.
