The Power of Attorney under the Power of Attorney shall have the authority to negotiate the lease of the Land Plot, agree and sign a earnest payment agreement, advance payment agreement, preliminary agreement for the lease of the Land Plot, as well as the Main Land Plot Lease Agreement.

The Principal shall set the lower limit of the rent below which the Attorney shall not be entitled to conclude a lease agreement.
