This Charter has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Civil and Housing Codes of the Russian Federation.
The Charter contains all the basic (mandatory) provisions regarding real estate ownership partnerships. At the same time, the proposed Charter does not contain excessive information about the TSN, which makes it possible not to amend the constituent document when changing information about the TSN (chairman, registered economic activities, etc.), which are not mandatory for inclusion in the Charter.The template also does not contain unnecessary rules for the convenience of filling it out and editing it in accordance with the specifics of each individual partnership. At the same time, due to its structure, the document regulates all organizational issues of TSN's activities without the need to refer to the provisions of current legislation.
