The document includes key elements: 1. The identification data of the contract is the number and date of conclusion. 2. Place and date of drawing up the act. 3. Full identification data of the parties - the Author and the Customer. 4. Description of the transferred work. 5. Alienation of the exclusive right by the Author in favor of the Customer. 6. Terms of use of the work by the Customer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. 7. The method of transferring the work to the Customer. 8. The amount of the Author's remuneration for the work. 9. Confirmation of acceptance of the work by the Customer. 10. Signatures of the parties confirming the absence of mutual claims. The act is accepted by both parties and drawn up in two copies for each of the parties
