For normal car driving, a paper power of attorney is not required if the driver is registered in the CTP. A power of attorney is required in the following cases:: 1. Pass a technical inspection; 2. Pick up the car from the parking lot; 3. Get a duplicate license plate; 4. Drive a car abroad.
