Contract for the development of a project for the improvement and landscaping of land plots. The contract is in demand among landscape designers and landscape architects working under a simplified taxation system  with their clients — individuals.

The work is divided into stages: preparation of a sketch, design, and working documentation. The appendices to the contract include a project development assignment form and an acceptance certificate for the completed work.

Payment is divided into two parts: the first part is paid in advance, and the second part is paid after the customer accepts the work.

The contractor's liability is limited by the contract and does not exceed 10% of the price of the work.
