Decision 1 – on voluntary liquidation, appointment of a liquidator, and implementation of primary liquidation measures.

If necessary, other issues can be added to the decisions (on the procedure and deadlines for approving the interim balance sheet, the procedure for distributing the company's assets, etc.).
