The template is designed to formalize the mandatory annual decision of the sole participant on the approval of the annual report and annual accounting (financial) statements of a limited liability company.
If necessary, you can add other decisions of the sole participant (on extending the powers of the head, changing the address, approving a new version of the charter, etc.).
In addition to the template, the LLC's annual report form is attached, which includes, in accordance with the requirements of current legislation:
– general information about the company,
– information about the company's net assets;
– information about the distribution of the company's profits;
– information about major transactions and related party transactions made by the company.
The decision‑making procedure of the sole participant, reflected in the template, fully complies with the requirements of Federal Law No. 14-FZ "On Limited Liability Companies", which guarantees legal correctness when filling out.
