5. Validity period - the period during which the issued powers are valid.
6. The right of transfer is the ability of a representative to transfer powers to third parties.
The power of attorney regulates the main aspects of representation, such as the rights and obligations of the representative, the validity period of the document and the procedure for transferring powers
