The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods and the right of ownership of the goods are transferred from the supplier to the buyer at the moment of signing by the parties of the delivery note in the form of TRORG-12. The terms of the contract are more in favor of the Buyer and limit his liability, at the same time they take into account the Supplier's interest in proper performance.
