This power of attorney allows authorized persons (Powers of Attorney) to represent the interests of a legal entity (Principal) during the state registration of a lease agreement for a land plot at the Federal Register Office. According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, lease agreements concluded for a term exceeding one year are subject to mandatory registration - without it, the lease agreement for third parties is considered unconcluded.
The power of attorney includes the authority to interact with the Federal Cadastral Chamber of Rosreestr and MFC, submit documents for registration and receive them after registration, pay the state duty, and sign all necessary documents, including applications for registration, amendments to or termination of the lease agreement.
The power of attorney must be notarised.
